This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal petitron and upon hearing the arguments of sri Anirudh N, Advocate for the petitioners, the Assistant pubric prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and Sri.G.Raghu, Advocate for Respondent No 2. JUSTICE TIRUMALA I) :VI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2 025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.10915 of 2r)25 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitionelr /accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 528 of BNSS,2023 seekirl to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.617 of 2OZt on the file of l-Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narayankhed, registered for the alleged offences [,r nishable under Sections 137(2), 118(1), 352 r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya rJyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS')

2. lt is subrnitted by learned counsel appt aring for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 as well as responder '. No.2tde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Ctr minal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accorrJ ngly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission tr> compound the offences and to record the compromise.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 29.08.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed.
