3. Brief facts as stated in this writ petition are that petitioner No.1 got married to respondent No.S on 08.08.2020 as per Hindu rights and customs at Minerva Grand, Kondapur, Hyderabad. Out of wedlock, they were blessed with two children. Thereafter, disputes arose betu,een the petitioners and respondent No.5, as such respondent No.5 had resorted to L.._ 1 -P?r-l \ -- violent behaviour and abused the children and tL.; t in the month of May, 2024, respondent No.5 created ruckus zlr I thr-eatened to kill the childrcn and then kill herself. Thereafter, petitioner No. 1 filed GWOP.No.40 of 2024 and FCOP.No.SO7 <tf tO24 before the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy Distrir:t rt Kukatpally. Thereafter, on 16.08.2025, respondent No.5 h I I come to the petitioners'house and tried to stay there forciblr ancl rvhen the petitioners informed the same to respondent Nc s.3 and 4, the respondent/ Police forced pe titioner No.1 to settlt, thc matter and permit respondent No.5 to stay in their holtse r r clsc petitioner No.1 would bc arrcsted on ferlse cases even zrfter- i tforrning about the pending cases. Questionirrg the satne, t lt I present writ petition is filed.
