10. Coming to the aspect of monthl-r income, the police record shows the avocation of the appellant as that of Shepherd. There is proof as to income of the appellant shepherd. It is not knor.r,n hour man,r, number ol sheep or goat u'ere ou'ned b,v the appellant and the incomc there from. A shepherd might have one or tu,o sheep or 100 sheep. Therefore, the said income of daily u,age labour cannot be applied as \\'as takerr in Amarveer Kaur case ( I supra). As such, this Court is of the considered opinion that the appellant was at tender age ol 2O 1.cars probably started working and thcrefore, cannot be expected to have income of Rs. 10,000/- per month in a remote village like Nckkonda Village of Jadcherla Mandal. Therefore, on this aspect, this Court is not inclined to consider the monthly income of the appellant at Rs. 10,500/- 1 1.
