According to the petitioner, her father's name is Md.Baba' In her birth certificate dated 27.03.2013 issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Channinar, Circle No.4, South Zone, GIIMC, it was mentionecl as 'Syed Shairifuddin' inadvertently. Therefore, she has submitted a representation dated 06.01.2025 to the Registrar of Births and Deaths rvith a request to comect her father's name in the birth ceftificate. The same was not considercd' Therefbre, she has filed a writ petition vlde W.P.No.237l ol 2025' Vitle order dated 29.01.2025, this Court allowed the said writ petition directing the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Circlc No'4, South Zone, Charminar, Hyderabad, to consider the said representation in accordance with 1aw.

3. lt is the specific contention of the petitioner herein that in compliance with the said order, the Registrar of Births and Deaths, GHMC, Circle No.7, has issued Birth Certifrcate dated 13'03'2025 \ t .ra oiru; l ,. .,. liq _ -.:J& a':) 2 mentioning the name o1' her father as 'Md.Babir' Now, the petitionet' is seeking correctiort of her father's na;r .: in Secondary School Clertificate (SSC) and Intermediate Marks llemo, wherein, her fathcr's name is mentioncd as 'Syed Shairifi-rrldin' She has subrnitted a representation dated 24.07.2024 tr the Angels' Convcnt IIigh School, Satltosh Nagar, Hyderabad, ri'ith a request to correct her father's name in SSC marks memo atr<l the School, in turn, fonvarded the said application to respondent \los 3 and 4' The same was r-rot considercd. Theretbre, petitioner has liled the present writ petrtion.

29.01.2025 in W.P.No.237 I ol- 2025, the ltegistrtLl of Births and Deaths, Charmirrar, Circte No.4, South Zone, G{I\4C, lras issued Bifth Ce(ificate. dated t3.03.2025 correcting ttie name of the petitioner's tather as 'Md.Baba'. Thereafter, 1rt:titioner has to submit applications to the Angels' Convent Higtr lichool and also Junior Ootlege, in which she studied intermediate duly enclosing copy of the Birth Certificate with a request to colr'ect her father's name in SSC and lntermediate marks memo anrl 1.he said School and Junior College shall forward the same to resporrdent Nos'3 and i I ] i l I ,1 i l. On receipt of the same, the said School and College shall forward the same to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall consider the same and dispose it of in accordance with the procedure laid down under Go.M.S.No.1263, dated 06.05.1961, principle laid down by the Apex Court in Jigya Yadav v. CBSE1 and also order dated 25.10.2024 in W.P.No.22023 of 2023.
