Heard Sri B.Bhagath Sain, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Services-lll for respondent Nos l , 3 to 5; and learned Government Pleader for Services-l for respondent No.2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the 3. petitioner was retired on 31.O5.2O25, till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benehts o[ the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time' I-earned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries'
