No.25302 of 20/25 ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the threshold' inacdon on the part of the respondents No'5 and 6' 2. Quesdoning Circle Inspector of Police and the Station House Ofhcer' Nampally Circle, Nalgonda District' respectively' in providing the Police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her agricultural land, petitioner hled the present writ petition' 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent ol Acs.3.20 guntas in SyNo 89/El2 arrd 831A3 lll2' situated at Musipally viliage' Nampally Mandal' Nalgonda District' and after the death of her husband she is cultivating the said lan{ from the ycar 2016 onwards and eking out her livelihood' It is further submitted that the respondents No'7 to 13 all together are also having thc lands near to the land of the petitioner and demanded her to sell her land at cheaper rate. since she denied the said proposal of the respondents No.7 to 13, they deveioped grudge on her and hatched a plan to kiil the petitioner to occupy her lancl In this regard' the petitioner made a representation to tl-re respondents No 5 and 6 with a request to protect her life and property however no action has been initiated thereafter. The learncd Assistant Government pleader for Home placed a copy of the written instructions d.ated_ 26.0g.2O25, based on which it is submitted that the petitioner has givcn a complaint to the centrar Complaint Cell stating rat the unofllcial respondents illegally trespassed into her land and threatened her rvith dire consequences wiih intention to occupy her land. .l.he above complaint was sent to the Station House Ofhcer, respondent No.6, for enquiry and necessary action. After issuing notice on 15.O6.2O2Sto the petitioner to provide documents related to the land in her possession and other evidence and after conducting cnquiry into the matter complaint of the petitioner was closed as ,.civil in nature,, on 27.C6.2O25 and informed the same to the petitioner. 5 In that view of the matter and srnce enquiry has been conducted on the complaint of the petitioner by the concerned police and reported that the compraint given by the petitioner is civil in nature, it is for the petitioner to pursue remedies as available ,rd., l"*. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
