Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI RAPOLU BHASKAR Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 : SRI M.SRINIVAS, AGp FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondent Nos.7 to 11 : - The Court made the following ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 25269 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is frled questioning the action of respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 and in not providing the police protection to the life and property of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.I-O7, Ac.3-32 guntas, Ac.0-31 guntas and Ac.0-30 guntas in Survey Nos.18/l / l, 20/6/ l, 281 1/1 and 28/2/ 1 respectively, totaling to an extent of Ac.6-20 guntas, situated at Chinthapally Village, Peddavoora Marldal, l'{algonda District and not initiating any action to control the legal activities of respondent Nos.7 to

11. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.3 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation arld provide police protection to the petitioner and to his property.

2. Sri M. Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6. As no relief is sought against respondent Nos.7 to 11, notice to respondent Nos.7 to 11 is dispensed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed a copy of instructions jssucd by respondent No.6 submitting that the petitioner has given a compiaint on 24.03.2025 to ihe 2 Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda respondent No. 3 stating that the petitioner is the owner, possessor ancl enjoyer of the agricultural lald to an extent of Ac.6-20 guntas in Survey Nos.18/1/1, 20/611, 28ll/r and 28/2lt situated at Chinthapally Village, Peddavoora Mandal, Naigonda District. Some of the petitioner's village people by name Sunkireddy Narsimha Reddy, Sunkireddy Jayalaxmi, Sunkirr:ddy Amarender Reddy, Sunkireddy Prabhakar Reddy and Sunl<ireddy Sridhar Reddy are having lands near to the petitioner's lands. The said persons approached the petitioner and demarded the petitioner to sell her land to them at cheaper rate, for whrch the petitioner has denied. Thereafter, in order to harass the petitioner, the said persons closed the road facility wh ich ads from Chinthapally to Peddavoora Village and had dug the pits on the main road and laid the fencing and not allowin g the petitioner and her family members to go their lands to cullivate and some of the farms are unable to reach their lands, rvho are having their lands in the same survey numbers. It is further submitted that the said persons had no jurisdiction to dig the pits on the main roads and had no right to close the roads and requested the requested the respondent authorities to provide police protection to her life and her property. llhereafter, the respondent No.3 has sent the above complaint to the Peddavoora , / 1 Police Station, Naglonda District for enquiry and necessar5r action uide C.No.443ICCC-NLGl2O25, dated 24.03.2025' The SI of Police, Peddavoor Police Station - respondent No.6 visited the larrd and enquired in the village, wherein it is revealed that the petitioner inherited Ac.3-32 guntas of land in Survey No.20 by virtue of inheritance and purchased Ac.3-32 guntas in the same survey number from his cousins. One Mr. Sunkireddy Narasimha Reddy purchased Ac.4-30 guntas in the same survey number, which is situated adjacent to the petitioner's land. Further, it was revealed that Mr. Narsimha Reddy is claiming more extent of land than the land mentioned in his patta pass book and trying to encroach the petitioner's lald. In this regard, the disputes are going on in between them. Due to said land dispute, the said Narsimha Reddy is not allowing the petitioner to go through her land. It is further submitted that this land dispute is purely civil in nature, as such, police has no authority to give protection to the petitioner's property and advised the t t petitioner to resolve the issue either through the relevant authorities or through the competent Civil Court. On perusing the record and recording the submissions of the counsel appearing for the parties, it appearr; that there is a boundary dispute bctween the petitioner anrl some of the petitioner's village members, whose lands are also situated in the same survey number, in wirich the petitioner,s land is situated, and it is for the petitioner to work out her rernedies before a Competent Civil Court. However, if the petitioner still has any grievance, the petitioner may give her represr:n tation to the respondent - police. On such representation, if any, submitted by the petitioner, the respondents shalr consider. the same and take appropriate action strictly in accordance witLL law. 6. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
