VIIAYSEN REDDY WRITPETIT IONNo .25009 0F 202s ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking ro declare the action of respondent No.2 in not acting upon his complaints dated 09.04.2025, 30.04.2025, 24.06.2025 and 11.08.2025 for demolishing the illegal structures raised by respondents No,4 and 5 or"er the Plot No.9 Part (eastern side) admeasuring 144 square yards out of 300 square yards in Survey No.406, situated at Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard Mr. Police Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3; and perused the material on record.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, \ \ basing on the written instructions, submitted that on complaint of rhe petitioner, the site of respondents No.4 and 5 was inspected and it was observed that they were proceeding rvith the unauthorized construction; I i 2 - \ they were directed to forthwith stop the construction a(t vity and submit explanation to the show cause notice within a period (,1 seven (7) days. Reply dated 01.05.2025 was submitted by responder!s No.4 and 5, however, not being satisfied with the same, final order r ated 13.08.2025 was passed directing them to remove the unauthor : ed construction within a period of tifteen (15) days; respondents No..[ and 5 have not complied with the said order. Leamed Standing Counr;r I submitted that after expiry ol the stipulated time, appropriate action vill be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, without r:r tering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of dirr:r ting respondent No.2 to take turther action pursuant to the speaki rg order dated I3.08.2025, in accordance with law.
