2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of trand admeasuring Ac, 14-21 gts., forming part of Sy.No.2O3 situated at Julkal Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same ulder registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.507/2008 dated 11.08.2OO8. t, 2 1- Petitioner was also issued with pattadar passlr deed bearing No.TO523OO9O518 with Khata \ submitted that in the year 2024, ther: rok cum title o. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Shamshabad police Station has placed a copy of instructions through learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitting that one Ms.Vasantha Reddy lodged a complaint on I2.O8.2O25 stating that she is GPA holder of petitioner and the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and that Government Off-rcials have conducted survey and fixed. ttre boundaries on the said property, however, neighbouring land owners uiz., Kethavath Meena Naik and A,Sairamchandra Reddy c.une to the said land on
08.08.2025 and tried to interfere and removed the boundary stones of the said land. Based on the said complaint, respondent No.4 made GD entry and revealed that there is a boundary dispute between the petitioner alld the said persons in respect of subject land, as such the complaint was closed as 'Civil in Nature'on 18.08.2025 and suggested the petitioner to approach appropriate Court for redressal and informed the same to the petitioner through SMS. As such respondent No.4 conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as Civil in Nature' and tJle allegation that respondent No.4 has not conducted enquiry \ \ t I I I I l I 4 is false and baseless and accordingly prayed t r dismiss the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, since thr: complaint of the petitioner has already been considered b, respondent No.4, this writ petition is disposed of with e direction to respondent authorities to follow due p ocedure S contemplated under of law before initiating a ey action on the subject property of the petitioner.
