JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos .2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.10 760 ot 2025 COMMON ORDE R This criminar petition is fired by the petitioner/accused under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.2403 of 2024 on the file of ll_principal Junior civil Judge-cum-Xr Additionar Judiciar Magistrate of First crass, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Section 85 of Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short 'BNS').

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as weil as respondent No.1/de facfo comprainant that during pendency of the present criminar petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been fired seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the compromise. 3 The learned Assistant Public prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions t \ 2 ETD. ] Crlp 10760 2025

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto ctmplainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that sh'r has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were '{ illing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settlt' the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangan a vide orders daled 22.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secret rry, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties lnd submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by tris Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe rred before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified he parties and submitted a report dated 11.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any ccercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise-
