The petitioners are clairning that they are the absolute owners and possessors of ptot Nos.465 and 466 adtncasuriug 300 scluare yards each in Sy.No. l0l (par1) at Kondapur Viltage, Sorilingampally Mandal under GHN4C Seril inga rnpally Circle, Ranga Reddy District on the strength ol registered sale deeds vide docut'nent bearing Nos.3748 of 2024 and 3862 of 2024, dated 22.02.2024. They obtained building pennit order dated

18.01 .2025 from G.H.M.C. fol construction of stiltr 5 upper floors. They ale proceeding ivith the constructiorl strictly in accotdance rvith the said building perrnit order. Even theu, resl.rondcnt Nos.5 and 6 ar-e interfeling with the said construction activity without lollorving due plocedure laid dorvn under law. Chaltenging the saicl actiotr of respondent Nos.5 and 6, the present writ petition is filed.

Whereas, the learned Assistant Covcrtrment Pleader fbr Revenue produced written instructions of rcsponclent No.5 stating tl-rat subiect I I , I propefty is covered by U.L.C. aud as pct' order dated 23.12.2015 in 2 W.A.Nos.:i43 of 2015 and batch shorving the same in t rc list ol prohibited properties rrnder Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1()08.
