WRIT PETITION No.25 787 oF2025 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare;{re action of the respondent authorities in not considering his online application No.2500058025 dated 05.07.2025 and his representations dated 10.06.2025 and, 12.06.2025 for correction of entries in the revenue records and not issuing pattadar pass book in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in Survey No.86/AA, situated at Kothwalguda Village and Gram Panchayat, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2 Heard Mr. J.Ram Mohana Rao, leamed counsel for the petitioneq Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents No.2 to 5; and perused the material on record.

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the land admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in Survey No.86/AA, situated. at Kothwalguda Village and Gram Panchayat, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having acquired the same by virtue of registered agreement of sale-cum-general power of attomey vde docuU{g-n! No.3896 of 2006 dated 17.03.2006 executed by its previous owner by 2 -..;;:rtt name Mr. G.Maisanna @ Maisaiah. It is stated that Mr. G.Maisaiah was issued pattadar passbook bearing patta No.351231 and title deed No.353418 in respect of the subject land. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted representations dated 10.06.2025 and 12.06.2025 for entering his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of the subject land. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted online apptication No.2500058025 dated 05.07.2025 for corection of revenue entries in respect of the subject land but so far, no action has been initiated. As there is delay on the part of respondent authorities in considering the online application of the petitioner, he is constrained to approach this Court.

4. Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the online application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the online application of the petitioner vide application No.2500058025 dated 05.07 .2025 and representations dated
