ORDER: PETITIONERS ...RESPONDENTS The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in granting four times the TDR area as mandated by the Rule 17 of the Telangana Buitding Rules 2012 read with the subsequent Government Orders including G.O.Ms.No.330 dated 28.12.2OL7 for the acquired land of the petitioner admeasuring 381.33 sq. yards in premises No.8316g/7 situated opposite EST Hospital, Erragadda, Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar. The grievance of the petitioners is that an e)( ent of 381'33 sq. yards owned by them forming part of :he premises No.8-3-168/7, Erragadda Junction, Hyderabad, was a:quired by the GHMC for the purpose of road widening from :.R. Nagar to Erragadda lunction, as per the Master Plan (15) feet road)' At the time of surrendering the land. the petitioners ruere promised to provide TDR certificates equivalent to four timr: I the acquired extent of land. The petitioners were issued TDR cer'l ficate for only 100o/o of surrendered area i.e. 381.33 sq. yards (.:1) instead of 400o/o as mandated by G.O.Ms.No.330 Municipal Adrr inistration and Urban Development (Plg.III) Department dated 28.1. .2017'

3. Mr. M. Arun Kumar. learned standing counsel f No.2 to 5 - GHMC, submitted that the petitioner': granted TDR as per the Rules in vogue. The t )r respondents were already :quest of the petitioners for granting additional TDR as per repr(:l entation dated
