3. The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner's marriage rvas performed on 14 06 2019 with respondent No.7 at Pramidha Function hal1, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal' Ranga Reddy District. It is submitted that after a month \ 2 from the date of marriage, respondent No.7 along with his parents started harassing the petitioner for rvant of additional dour-v. In the month of Febr r ary, 2022, petitioner lcft to Car-rada for higher studies an C returned to India in tl-rc nronth of ..lune. 2025. I- ou,ever. the harassmenL of rcspondent No.7 and his parcnts, continued. As such, petitioner approached respondert No.6 and Iodged a complaint to take action against resp,rndent Nos.7 to 11, Holi,r'ver, respondent No.6/Police have rrr;t registered crln le against respondent Nos.7 to 1 1 . Subs,cquently, it E ,, J \\ras revealed that petitioner left India and went to New ZeaJand and as of now both the petitioner and respondent No.7 are residing in New Zealand. However, after lodging complaint, petitioner has never approached respondent No.6 and il petitioner approachcs respondent No.6 with rele vant evidence, appropriate action u'ill be initiated.

5. Per corttra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is v.er1' much in India and is ready to cooperate r,rrith the enquiry

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel on either side, this u'rit peLition is disposed ol with a direction to respondent No.6/Polce to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, if the petitioner cooperates with the enquir-r' by follon'ing due procedure as contemplated under 1arv.
