This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner::/accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seekinl. to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.332 of 202!' cn the file of learned Special Court for the Trial of SC/ST (POA) A :t cases, Ranga Reddy District, L.B Nagar, for the offence punishable Ltnder Sections 3(1) (r) (s) of SC/ST POA Act.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel app,:aring for the petitioners/accused Nos.'l to 5 as well as responde,rt No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present (;'i,ninal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accor tngly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromist between them and to compound the offences
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has c tposed the said compromise petitions
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that l'-, has willingly 2 ('ttP t0711 )0): - \ consenteci for compromise. Since the parties were wiiling to enter into compi-o,'nise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along r,vith their respective counsel before flre High court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders dated 28.08 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parfles and submit a report to that effect. 5 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have aopeared before the High court Legar Services committee for the state of rerangana and the secretai'y of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 29.0g.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of ZO2S are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.332 of 2025 on the file of learned Special Court for the Trial of SC/ST (pOA) Act cases, Ranga Reddy District, L.B Nagar, registered against the petitioners-accused Nos..r to 5, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 paying an E amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only :o the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings tuc.No.5218ir926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch ( 10070), IFSC Code:S81N0020070, MICR No.500004057) and Rs ; 000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High (.ourt Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two 1t;;11 weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry

4. The Complainant has, acknowledged that the allec:ed issue worsened due to personal discord and now decided that not to p-:rceed further with the criminal case. Tlre Complainant submits that he rils no objection if the proceedings against the Accused are quashed by 1.re Hon'ble Court. This Compromised rnemo is the full and final settl -rent of the both parties without any admission of guilt by the Acc r:;ed, The present understanding is intended only to continue their crrrdial relation and goodwill and avoid the hardship.
