Brief facts of the casc are that thc petitioner is the onner and possessor of housc bearing H.No.1 l-5--116/2/B adnrcasuring 1-1,1 square yards situated at Zafarabad, Rerl Hills, ['h,clcrabac], having bequcathed the subject property from his fathcr Late P. Shivaiah uncler Will Decd dated 37.03.-1987 and since then he is in peaceful possession and cnjovrnent of the subiect property. It is further submitted that petitioner's brothc-r P. Srinivas arld his four daughters are illegally claiming rights over sub.jcct property and they have also filed suit in O.S.No.718 of 2025 on the file of lll Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, along with I.A.No.228 oti 202> secking iniunction.
