2. Petitioners are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Acs. 16.00 guntas in Sy.No.l96, situated at Vallabapuram Village, Chevemla Mandal, Suryapet District. It is their ancestral property. They have filed copies of pahanies for some years and l-B Namuna (ROR)- They have submitted representation dated 26.01.2024 to respondent No.4 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioners filed the present wnt petltlon. 2

During the pendcncy ofthe aforesaid replesentation, the State has promulgated the Telangana Bhu Bharar i (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for shorl 'Act,2025'). whioh came into etfect from 14.04.2025. The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 (for :,hor1 'Rules, 2025') were also lramed vide G.O.Ms.No.39, Fiervenue (Land Administration-l) Department, dated 14.04.2U,5. As per the Rules, 2025, petitioners have to submit online application in terms of the Rules, 2025 to the Competent ,\uthority AS specified in Schedule A of the Rules, 2025 i.e,, respondent No.4 with a request to conduct survey and ,1t:marcate the subject property by frxing boundaries. Though thre petitioners are claiming that their grandfather was the absollrte owner of the subject propefty, they have not filed old or latest pattadar passbooks and there is no explanation for tlLe delay submitting the said application. However, it is lbr.respondent No.4 to consider the said aspects.

In the light of the said discussion, this Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to sr.lbmit online 3 apptication to respondent No.4 in terms of the Rules, 2025, duly enclosing all the relevant documents, with a request to conduct sur!'ey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. On receipt of the same, respondent No.4 shall considcr the same and conduct survey. If respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shalI assign specifrc reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate copy of the same to the petitioners. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. Thers shall be no order as to costs. SD/-A.
