2. Complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated O9.06.2O23 passed in W.P.No.2784 ol 2023, the present Contempt Case is filed. 3 The relevant portion of the order of this Court. dated O9.O6.2O23 passed in W.P.No.2784 oJ 2023 and in oarticular Dara No.4 is extracted hereunder:-

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of the respondent on the other hand disputes the said plea put-forth by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and draws attention of this Court to the statement at Serial No.8 pertaining to the particutars of the subject acquisition of the land in the written instructions of Land Acquisition Officer & Sub Collector, Kalluru and contends that land to an extent of Ac.1.29 guntas in Sy.No,1O7l8 is under scrutiny at LARR authority and soon after the scrutiny, appropriate action would be initiated in respect of the said land to an extent of Ac. 1.29 guntas in Sy.No.1O7 /a of Kommepalli Revenue Village in Sathupalli Mandal of Khammam District and therefore, the contempt case could be closed. 4 \ 7,7 kin a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. b) The submissions made by the learned counset appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Government pteader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of the respondents. b) The order of this Court, dated O9.O6.2O23 passed in W.P.No.2784 of 2(J23 (referred to and extracted above) c) Proceedings No.A/LS/2O22, dated O4.tL.ZOzg of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalluru d) Written instructions of the Land Acquisition Officer & Sub Collector, Kalluru filed before this Court on thas day i.e., on 26.O9.2O25. e) That out of entire Ac.9.1g guntas only Ac.1.29 guntas o,f land in the said Sy.No.1o7lg had been left out and not referred to the competent Authority under Sections 76 &. 77 of the Act by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalluru, Khammam District, since, the same is under scrutiny at LARR Authority.
