Mr. Jay:L Surya Vishnu Vardhan, learned ounsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the rresent Crirninal Petition, respondent No.2 died and his legal heir. i.e., cspondent No.3 \ u,as brought on record. At the instance of the well ,r ishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the dispr l: and entered compromise and hled joint memo. Accordingly, resp I .rdent No.3 liled I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 to permit them to compromis-- the case and to rccord the compromisc entered between them.

3. The petitioner and respondent No.3, A. Rajewar: .e., legal heir of respondent No.'21 de /oclo complainant, are present Ir, fore this Court and r,r,hcn this Court interacted with respondent No.3. she voluntarily stated that she has u,illfully and without any coerci, n entered into compromise and she is not having any objectior Lo quash the proceedings against the pc titioncr/ accused.

4. Both parties were identifled by their respective counsel.

5. In view of the compromise entered between the petitioncr and respondent No.3 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2O2S are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in Crime No. 1585 of 2O2l of Miyapur police Station, Cyberabad, registcred for the offences under Sections 447 and,427 of thc IPC, are hereby quashed against the petitioner.
