Petitioner is the husband of the alleged detenue. Counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the alleged detenue is taking treatment in the custody of R-4. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent shall cause production of the alleged detenu through respondent No.4 on 28/12/2010.
