2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and ( learned Assistant Government Pleacler for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 6. With their consent, this ', writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to r-espondent No.7 is dispensed rvith.

The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner claims to be owrler of agriculture land admeasuring about 2 171 gts., situated at Sy.No.181 /2, Bowrempet, Medchal Dis'ldct, Gandimaisamma Mandal, Dundigal, Telangana. It ,', is submitted that one developer approached the petitioner for development of land by name ibream Sai RK Infra, represerited by Mr.S.Pratap Reddy. The petitioner accepted to the said proposal and ttre developer has given an amount of Rs. 1,85,00,00O/- towards non-refundable gooctwill and seven villas and also registered a Development Agreement cum Power of Attorney Document uide Doc.No.376/2023 at SRO, Gandimaisamma, Dundigal, Med,:ha1-Malkajgiri District. The further case of the petitioner is that, petitioner's husband is a habitual drinl<er and taking advantag_e of the same few persons including Ms.Kavita, Sub-Inspector of Police with ill intention to snatch the money, abused her in filthy langtrage and threatened her to grve money. On 2l.Oi'.2O25, at about 9.30 AM the above said persons tresp,assed into the house of the petitioner and grabbed Rs.3CI,OO,OOO l- and, also kidnapped her three children when her husband who was in drunken stage. On the same day at about 10.30 AM, petitioner approached Dundigal Police Station but has observed that Ms.Kavita, 3 Sub-Inspector of Dundigal Police station in collusion with ' ,' ,.. l' ' i:,' ':' ;'1' ,',;:' .', 1::.. ' above said members biaten the petitioner and also threatened to kilt her. It is further submitted that the children of the petitioners are still in the illegal custody of the said members. However, respondent Police are refusing to register FIR against the said culprits even after receiving the complaint dated , ,:,?1.O.2O25. and 26.07.2025. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Dundigal Police Station has placed a copy of,instructions through learned Assistant Government Pleiderfor Home and would submit \ \ that respondent No.6 received complaint dated 26.O7.2025 ':.. .-. .-, ' on 19.08 .2A25 through Propbr channel i.e., from the office of Director General of Police. Pursuant to the said complaint made GD entry and enquiry has been ' : '' ":;" t l conducted. Accordingly, respondent Police registered a case in FIR No.827 /2O25 under Sections 3O8(2), 115(2), 127{3l', ,:' 137(1) read with Section 3(5) of BNS on 2L.O8.2O25 and the same is under investigation and that after completing the investiga+Jon, final report.will be filed. A copy of FIR No.827 /2025 dated 21.08.2025 has also been enclosed I I 1 I / 4 along with instructions and has also been furnished to the petilioner.

In that vierv of t],e matter, since FIR No.g2T l2o2s has already been registered against the accused,.persons, this writ petition is disposed of \Mith a direction to respondent authorities to follow due proced.ure as conte:mplated under law for further course of action.
