2. Petitioners are Twenty Five (25) in nurr.ber. Thev are the family members of deceased persons, wlro died dr.re to Thunderbolt/Lightning strike. They ar(:) ent.itlecl to statutorv ex gratia relief in terms of the norns prescribed under tl.O.Ms.No.2, Revenue (Disaste-r l\fanagement.I) Departm.ent, dated i9.O7.2OlB. Responder:t Nos.4 to B, have already submitted report to responden: lNos,1 and 2 recommt:nding payment of ex gratia to the petitioners in terms of G.O.Ms.No.2, dated 19.O7.2018. Even then, respondr:nt Nos.1 and 2 are not paying said erx gratia to the petitioners. Therefore, they got issued legai notice dated

Whereas, learned Assistartt Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions would submit that the Government has appointed three men committee for the purpose of conducting enquiry and submitting report in respect of beneficiaries/family members of deceased who died in Thunderbolt. In respect of petitioner No.2, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not received report from the said three men committee, in respect of other petitioners, District Collectors have already received report from three men committee and submitted the same to respondent Nos. I and 2. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will consider the said report and pay ex gratiato the other petititners except petitioner No.2.

In light of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 by considering the aJoresaid legal notice, report submitted by three men committee, respondent Nos.3 to 8 District Collectors and pay ex gratia to the petitioners, except petitioner No.2, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.2, dated 3 KL..] \\ PIo l+t3hor 2O:5

19.O7.21)78. In respect of petitioner No.2, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall inform the said three men committee to submit report to respondent No.3 i.e., Adilabad. District Collector and thereafter, respondent No.3 shali submit report to respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 shall completr: the exercise within one(1) month frr>m the date of receipt ,lf a copy of this order. Thereafte:r, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall pay ex gratia to the petitioner No.2 within a period of one month. There shall be no order as to costs.
