2. Petitioners herein are own brothers. According to tl.re petitioners, Smt. Juvineni Laxmi purchased the land admeasuring Ac. 1.00 guntas in Sy.No.144lA situated at Bon.rmakal Village, Karimnagar Rural Mandal, Karimnagar District, uncler a registerccl Sale Deed bearing document No.5532 of 1997, dated 12.09. 1997 She has sold the land admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas to the petitioncrs each under registered Sale Deeds bearing document Noq.3095 of 2001 and 3096 of 2001, both dated 28.05.2001. But in the old passbooks, survey number is wrongly mentioned as l44lC instead of Sy.No.l44lA. Thus, there is wrong entry.

3. Therefore, petitioners have submitted representations dated

08.03.2021, 08.06.2021, 09.12.2024, 01.03.2024, 13.05.202s, 11 .07 .2025 and 09.06.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 with a request to cor-l' I aa\ the said wrong entry. Despite receiving and 2 KL..] lV P No 2a726 of 2025 \-i acknowledging the said representations, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not act upon the samc. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, petitioners filed the present wlit petition

As per thc Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record ol Rights tn [-and) Rules. 2025 (lor shoft 'Rules, 2025'), peririoners have to subrnit onlinc application to the Competent Autlrority in terms ol- Rule 7 of thc Rules,2025 as specified in Schedule A of the Rules, 2025 and as per valuation rnentioned in Schedule B of the Rulcs. 2025 along witl.r all the relevant documents rvitl.r a request to correct thc suruey number. On receipt of said online application, thc Compctent Authority shall consider and dispose ,rf the same in accordancc ,,r,'ith law. If the Competent Authority is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicatt: the copy of the same to thc petitioners. However, he shall cornplete the entire excrcise within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of such online application
