I I ' i t \ o o TIIE HON'BLE SHRI JI'STICE ANIL KUMAR JUKAITTI UTRIT PEIITION .33866 0F 20/22 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to pass an Order, Direction or Writ and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 in registering sale deed dated 10-06-2019 as document No.6318l20l9 executed by the respondents No.6 & 7 in favour of the respondents No,8 & 9 in respect of land admeasuring acres 1-15 guntas in Survey No.654/ 1, situated at Janwada Village, Shankarpally mandal, Ranga Reddy district, though the same was already sold to the petitioner under the sale deed dated Lt-Og-2OL7 regrstered as document No.3425l2}l7 of the office of the Sub-Registrar, Shankarpally, and of not taking action in spite of tJre complaints of the petitioner dated 29-12-2O2L, as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, without jurisdiction, vitiated by fraud, contrar5r to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, violative of principles of nahrral jr.rstice and Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to declare said sale deed and other proceedings as null and void, to set aside and cancel the same in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders..."

It is the case of petitioner that respondent No.S registered the sale deed dated 10.06.2019, executed by respondent Nos.6 and 7 in favour of respondent Nos.8 and g, as document No.63 LSl2OLg (Ex.Pl-Page No.14) in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.15 guntas in Sy.No.654 / l, situated at Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. That the subject property was sold to petitioner under sale deed I I l I 2 JAK, J wP_33866 2022 .-) dated Ll.o9.2oLT , registered as document No.34 2s l2olr O (Ex.P1)-Page No.2 2l in the oflice of sub-Registrar,. Shankarpally. That in spite of complaint by petitioner on 29.12.2021, sub- Registrar has not taken any action, hence, the writ petition.
3. Iearned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner intends not to press the writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
4. Permission is accorded.
