3. Learned counsei lor the petitioner jurther submits that there, is a chequered histoly of Sy.No..l4 situated at Maktha Mahabubpet Village, Serilinganpalll, Manclal, Ranga Re:ddy District. With regard to the entries of Sy.No.44 in revenue records, the orders pasr;ccl bl.the Chief Commissi<>ner ol Land Administrat on in File No.P3/45(>120 13, dated 29.05.2014 \,vas s(rl aside by this Court earlier in W.p.No.23S74 ol 2014, dared 17.Ol.2OlT and grantt:d liberty to the authorities to ta} c action as per the order passed b1, the Joint Colicctor in trll7306 ll99g on 19.0l.taol3 and the Joint Collector in his order dated

19.O7.2013 directed the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampaliy Mandal, l?anga Reddy Dist;.i):t to examine the records in respect of the subject lands rrnd if he found any fabricated material produced relating, ro lraud for issuance ,tf suppiementary sethwar and 1br obtaining correction of revenue records, file comprehe rsive civil suit for declaration of title and lor recoverv of possession in favour of Government in accordance with lau Aggrieved by the orders in W.P.No.23S74 ol 2014, datecl 17.O1.2O17, the 7 SK,J w.P.No.24775 of 2025 respondent authorities havc filed W.z\.No. 1499 of 2018 and the samc nas dismissed bv thc Ilivision tscnch of this Court on 25.11.2024. In spite of Lhat the respondents again showing the suit schedule property in the prohibited list and the same is contrary to the orders of this Court. 4, Learned counsel for tl-re petitioner further submits that this Court passed ordcrs in W.P.No.33O9O of 2023, dated 06. 12.2023 ar-id dir<:ctcd the registering authorities to register the lands r,r'ithout refcrt:trcc to the Notification dated.26.09.2013. The subjcct land in the present writ petition also pertains to same srlrveY number and the respondent No.4 in Lr.No lIII3387I2024, dated 03.1O.2024 before the dismissal ol' W.A.No.l499 of 2OlS, dated

25.1.1.2024. Basing on the letter dated 03.1O.2024 issued by the respondent No.4. thc rcspondent No'3 issued impugned Refusal Order No.277 12025, dated L9.O7-2025 and the same has to be liable to be set aside

Recording the above submission m:Lde by learned counsel on either side and rn'ithout expressing any opinion on the m<:rits of the case, this writ petitioll is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to rcceive, regisler and release the subject clocument presented' bl' t.h" pctitioner' without rt:f.erencc to the letter dated 03'1O'2024 issued by the respotrdent No.4 and without reference 'o tht: impugned Refusal Order No.277 of 2025, dated 19'07 2025 issued by the respondent No.3, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Indian Registraticr.t AcL, 1908 and Indian Stamps Act, 1899.
