Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ pctition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in not taking action against respondent Nos.4 to 6 for their abuse of powers in registering the documents i.e. GpA No. 12g37 l2016 and AGPA No.12838/2016 dated 28.09.2016 and Sale Deed No-2r12/2o17 dated 16.03.2018 and arl other consequentiar documents in respect of the land in Sy.No.56O/p (new Sy.No.56O/4.,{/2) situated at Alwal Village and Mandal, during the subsistence of prohibitory order of Respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent No.2 is not taking any disciptinary action against the \ \ \ 2 respondent Nor;.4 to 6 though the respon<lent No'2 is the competent authority for taking disciplinar-v acl ion against them. Aggrieved try the same, the petitioners ilade representations dated 29.Ct4.2O25, 25.02.2025 and 16'02'2A24 before the respondent No.3.

Learn,:d ,r\ssistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration sr, bmits that in reply to the said representations lrled by the petitioners, respondent No'6 ulcie Lr'No'153 12025 datedlo.c|6.2o21informedthepetitionersthathehasnot empowered. to t:ancei the already registered documents and also Registration pl'ocess cannot be stopped basing on the protest petition ar d h,: has no power to stop the re gistration process' prior injunctio:r order or cancellation order fi om the competent Civil Court 1o him to stop the registr ation process or calcellation or-ders to cancel the document:; and directed the petitioners to approach the civil court for redressal of their grievance. V/ithout challenging the Lr'N'r'153/2O25 dated 10.06.2025, the petitioners approached tlris Court to take disciplinary action against the respond:nt Nos'4 to 6' Moreover, wit.hout approaching the Compr tent Authority for I I / / 3 taking disciplinary.action against the respondent No.4_District Registrar, respondent No.5-Sub Registrar, Vallabnagar and respondent No.6-sub Registrar, Balarragar, the petitioners filed the instant writ Petition and the same is not maintainable and requested to pass appropriate order.
5. After hearing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for taking disciplinary action against the respondent Nos.4 to 6.

In view of the submissions made on either side and on perusing the entire material on record, without going into merits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach competent authority for taking disciplinary action against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 as per law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. To, //TRUE COPY// SD/.P.
