The learned Counsel for the petiticiner has submitted that on earlier occasion, this Court passccl order in W.P.No.3309O of 2023 datcd Lr6.12.2023 ancl directed the respondent authorities to register the documents presented /pending before the respondcnt authorities u.ith regard to the salne surr'ey number without relerence to the Notification dated 26.09.2O13. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is a chequered history of Sy.Nc.44 situated at Maktha Mahabubpet Village, Serilingarnpally Mandal, Ranga Re,ddy District. With regard to the entries of Sy.No.44 in revernue rccords, the orders passed by the Chiel Commissioner of Land Administrat on File No.P3/a56/2013, dated 29.O5.2014 was sct aside by this Court ear1ier in W.P.No.23574 of 2O14, dated 77.O1.2017 and granted liberty to the authorities to tatr:e action as per the order passed by the Joint Collector in Ell7306 11999 on 19.01.12013 and tl-rc Joint Collector in ['ris order dated

19.O1.2O13 direcLe:d the l)eputy Collector and Tahsildar, SerilingarrLpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dislrict to examine the records in respect of the subject lands and if he found any fabrir:ated material produced relatini to fraud for issuance of supplementary sethwar and for obtaining correction of revenue records, file comprehr nsive Civii Suit - possession in for declaration ol title and lor recovery o fan our of (]overnment in accordance with larr-. Aggrieved by the orders ir-r W.P.No.23574 of 2014, dated l7.Ol.2O17, the sr{,J W.P.No.24819 of 2025 respondent authorities have filed W.A.No. 1499 of 2018 and the same u,as clismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 25.11.2024. In spite of that the respondents again shor.r,ing the suit schedule property in the prohibited list and the same is contrary to the orders of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this Court passed orders in W.P.No.33O9O ol 2023, dated 06.12.2023 and directed thc rcgistering authorities to register the lands without reference to the Notification dated 26.09.2013. The subject land in the present writ petition also pertains to same survey number and the respondent No.4 in Lr.No.E113387 12024, dated 03.lO.2024 before the dismissal of W.A.No.1499 of 2OL8, dated

25.11.2024. Basing on the lcttcr datcd 03.7O.2024 issued by the respondent No.4, the respondent No.3 issued impugned Refusal Order No.27612O25, dated 19.07.2025 and the same has to be liable to be set aside.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pieadcr lor Stamps and Registration not disputing the 4 SK.J W.P.No.24819 of zois disposal of the W.p.No.33090 of 2023 cated 06. 12.2023 and alscl the orders 1n W.P.No.23574 of 2014, dated L7.OI.2O|7 and W.r\.No.1499 of 2O18 clrted 25. \1.2024 and requosted to pass appropriate orders. 6. Recorfljng the above submission made by iearned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on the mrtrits of thc case, this writ petition is disposed of direcring llrr.
