When the matter 1s taken up for hcaring, learncd counscl lor petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely cotercd b1' the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.S2OO ol 2024, daLed ')3.O4.2O24 and therefore, thc same order may be passed in this u'rit f t petition as rl,ell. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "8.
