Ravinder, learned A""Gtrrrt Government Pleafler for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.L, 2,4 and 6 and learned Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 5.

According to the petitioner, his grandfather Late Juwaji Pullaiah was the absolute owner and possessor of land ad.measuring Acs.7-10 gur{tas in Sy.No. LT L I L, situated at Jagtial (Rural) Village, Jagtial Mandal and District. He died long back. Thereafter petitioner succeeded the said property and he has submitted a representation dated L6.06.2025, to respondent Nos.2 and 4 with a request to mutate his name and issue E-Pattadar Pass Book. Despite receiving the acknowledgment of the said representation, respondent Nos.2 and 4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said in action of the iespondent Nos.2 and 4, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. I t 2 \ KL. 3. has merrtioned W.P.No.3778 of 2O2O, b:ut he has not filed - the coplr of the said order. This Court has downloaded a copy of the said order from the High Court Website. Perusal of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed W.p.No.3778 of 2O2O would reveal that Sri Katukuri Naresh and 33 others including the petitioner herein filed the said Writ Petition, to declare the action of respondents therein in not ar:ting upon the representations dated t6.o7.2019, 30.07.20L9, 26.08.2019, 18.09.2019 submittt:d by the petitioners to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 therein :requesting to allot the lands at the earliest as has been alftrtted in favour of various persons and in respect of remaining vacant land acquired by the Government for the purpose of construction of oflice buildings, quarters etc as illegal. This Court vide order dated 12.06.2020 disposed of the said Writ Petition directing respondent No.4 therein l i.e., thr: Executive Engineer, Division No.2, GVC-IV, Dharoor Camp, Jagtial to consider the representation dated 1tt.09.2019 submitted by the petitioners therein for allotment of lands and pass appropriate orders, within four (4) weekrs from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. 3 KL' J - W.P.No-24760 of 2025 Thus, the relief sought by the petitioner' in the said writ petition is different to that of the relief sought in the In the Present Writ Petition' present Writ Petition' 10 guntas ln petitioner is claiming right over Ac'7- Village, Jagtiat Sy.No. 17 Ll 1 situated at Jagtial (Rural) Mandal and District' Even according to the Petitioner' Ac.0.30 guntas of land in SY.No.174 was gifted to Sri Raja Rajeshwara TemPle in Jagtial' : i ! ! . : 4 Though the Petitioner is claiming right oVer the aforesaid property basing on the Registered Sale Deed i'e'' \ \ s \ \ t. t sglsgFasli,datedl6tt,Urdibahisth5gF,petitionerhasnot stated the date of death of his grandfather and details of legal heirs , of his grandfather' He has submrtted the aforesaid representation dated 16'06'2025 to respondent Nos.2 and 4 with a request to implement the order dated 12.06-2020 and to mutate his name in respect of land Ac'8-00 guntas in Sy'No'171 situated at Jagtial (Rural) Village' Jagtial Mandal and Di$trict' bY deleting the house sites . Therefore, without submitting an application mentioning the details properly' incldding date of death of his grandfather and legal heit's of his grandfather, Petitioner cannot submit the aforesaid admeasunng 4 KL, J w.P.No.2476O of 2025 represen[ation that too in physical form and file present writ Pe':ition alleging non consideration of the said applicatir)n. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief mu.ch less the relief sought in the writ petition and the writ petition is iiable to be dismissed.
