This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Gafar Mahammad, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla' Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent No 1 and of M/s Kothapalli Jhanshi Rani, Advocate for the Respondent No 2' The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER I r THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 ol 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETIT ION No.10714 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 528 of BNSS,2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in P.R.C.No.25 of 2025 on the file of the Special Jurlicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile) for Trial of Cases under PCll Act-cum-ll Additional Junior Civil Judge, at Sanga Reddy, re3istered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 127(2),77, 115(2),352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'ENS').

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/€rccused Nos.1 to 4 as well as respondent No.Zlde facto complainanl that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties lrave compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2Oil5 have been filed seeking permission to compromise the matter and t: record the compromise.

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. 2 T7D, J Crlp_10714 2025

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders daled 22.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submifted a report dated 03.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have wiilfuily and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of ZO25 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in P.R.C.No.25 0f 2025 0n the fire of the speciar Judiciar Magistrate of First Class (Mobile) for Trial of Cases under pCR Act_cum_ 3 Crlp 10711 2D5 ll Additiorral Junior Civil Judge, at Sanga Reddy, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4, are hereby quashed subject to the petitic ners/accused Nos.1 to 4 paying an amount of Rs.5,000/_ (Rupees :ive Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabarl and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana Bar Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks frorr today and file proof of the same before the Registry. 7 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/.
