2. The petitioners herein are claiming that they are daughters of late Velamakanni Venkata Shobanadri Rao. He was absolute owner of Ac. 130.14 guntas of lald in Survey No.4Zg/3/7/ 1 of Vellatur Village, Chintahlapalem Mandal, Suryapet District. He died on24.12.2O02. During his lifetime, he has sold land admeasuring Ac.94.32guntas to M/s Chanal<ya Cements Ltd through registered sale deed yide document No.367 of 2OO2 leaving behind an extent of Ac.35.22 guntas. After t-l_reir father,s demise, the petitioners succeeded the said propert5r. They have submitted application No.23OO242IZ9, d.ated 2g.O3.2O23 to respondent No.2 with a request to mutate their names in the revenue records and issue E_pattadar pass books. Respondent No.2 sought for report from respondent No.3, in turn respondent No.3 subrnitted report dated 2 -

On receiPt of said representation, respondent No'2 vide Proceedings dated Ol.O7 '2025' forwarded the said representation to respondent No'4 with a request to conduct enqulry and take necessary action as per the rules. J It is specific contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that respondent No'3 has already submitted report dated 26.1O.2O2g to respondent No'2 recommending mutation of petitioners' nalnes and also successlon proceedings in favour of petitioners in respect of subject property. Therefore, there is no need to condlrct enquiry by respondent Nos.2.

4. It is apt to note that petitioners have submitted application dated 2g.03.2023 in Dharani portal Therefore, e. I t 3 respondent No.3 has submitted report dated 26.7O.2O23 to respondent No.2.

During the pendency of the said recommendation application dated 28-03 -2o23 of petitioner, the State has brought the Telangarra Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Laad) Act, 2025 which came into force from U.O4.2O25. Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) RtrJes, 2O2S were earlier framed vide G.O.Ms.39 (Revenue) (Land administration-I) Department, dated U.04.2025. Therefore, respondent No.2 has requested respondent No.4 to conduct and submit report.
