This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 11.01.2010 of respondent No'1 whereby respondent No. I has rejected the building permit application I I t submitted by petitioner dated' 27.O4.2OO9. Vide order dated \ \ Og.O2.2OLO this Court suspended the said proceedings dated 1 1.01.2010 directing respondent No.1 to consider the ,/ petitioners applicatrons seeking building permission over the subject property. The petitioners filed C'C'No' 12O5 of 201 I against the respondent No.1 alleging willful and deliberate violation o[ the said order.

3. The said C.C. came up for hearing ot 22'O2'2012 and on which date learned Additional Advocate General has appeared and produced proceedings dated 16'02'2O12' by which permission has been granted to the petitioners to construct the building and in view of the same the said C'C' was closed. 2

4. In the light of the said submission, nothing remains in the present writ petition to adjudicate further and the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
