Praveen Kumar, Advocate for the ResPondent No' 2' The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.1 and 2 ot 2O25 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION N o.10699 ot 2025 COMMON RDER: 1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.1204 of 2024, on the file of the lll Additional Junior civil Judge-cum-lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda District, regislered for the offence punishable under Section 386 read with 109 lpC.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 as well as respondent Nos.2 to 4 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition.

Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders dated 22.0g.2025 fI 2 ETD. J Crlp _10699 -202 5 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court. Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 08.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 ol 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.1204 of 2024, on the file of the lll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda District, registered against the petitioner/accused No.1 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings A/c.No.52188926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code:S81N0020070, MICR No.500004057) and Rs.S,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, within a 3 ( o 10699 l0)5 period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
