Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps ald Registration appea-ring for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.S to 7 and perused the entire material on record.
