Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.S to 7 and perused the entire material on record. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in similar matters for similar village, this Court passed Orders in W.P.No.35O91 of 2023, dated O2.01.2024 and requested to pass similar order in this matter also.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration did not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. In view of the submissions made by the both sides and by following the Orders passed by this Court ) =l .,Y To, SK. J \l .P.No.21';264 ot 2024 in W.P.No 35091 of 2023, dated O2.O1.2O24, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the Registering Authority to receive and process the subject documenl-s, submitted by the petitioners subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908, and Indian Stamps Act., 1899, as expedir,iously as possible, preferably wi.thin i:L period of four (41 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open to the Registering Ar.rthority to refuse to register the documents by sper:ifically assign the: reasons and communicate the said rlecision to the petitr.oners.
