The learned counsel for the petitlone - submits that the petitioner is in possession of agricultural land ac'l reasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in Surucy No.227 /2611, situated at Gadiy'z Gou,raratn Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District' The said ] rnd was originallY assigned to his late mother, Smt.Jakkula Sathemmr several vears ago. Sincc the date cf assignment, the petitioner's 1z rrily has bee n in It I l I I I I Page 2 of4 continuous and peaceful cultivation and possession of the said property. F ollolving the demise of his mother, her name continues to be reflected in the revenue records, including the Adangal/Pahani, copies of which are enclosed herein. It is further suLrmitted that he has duly Itled application bearing No.28O5O14OO44, dated 13.O6.2O25, belore the 3'd respondent in the name of his late mother, Smt.Jakkula Sathemma W/o.Papaiah, as per the advice of the respondent's staff, seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks and corresponding entries in the revenue records with respect to the said extent of land. Ttre said application remains pending for consideration. Earlier, the petitioner had lrled W.P.No.32863 of 2024 before this Hon'ble Court seeking similar relief. However, the same was withdrawn oi 22.O8.2O25, on the assurance that the respondents would consider his case under thc newly introduced Telangana Bhu Bharathi (ROR) Act, 2025. Consequently, the petitioner submitted a fresh application under the saicl Act. Subsequently, the 3rcl respondent issued a notice bearing Ref. No.B/805/2025, dated Ni1.O7.2025, directing the petitioner to furnish relevant documents wilhin three days. The petitioner duly complied with the said notice, submitting all requisite documents. However, the matter continues to remain pending before the 3'd and 4d, respondents without any further progress. Due to the inordinate delay in processing his application, the petitioner has been deprived of Rythu B4ndhu Page 3 of ,l beneiits, institutional loans and other central Govel I rnent agricultural schemes, thereby slrflcring severe linancial hardship trld loss'

The lcarnecl Assistant Government Plr: der, representlng learned Government Plcader for Revenue, upon ill'; ructions, submits that the petitioner's application bearing No 28t 13.06.2025, relating to the land in Sy.No 21)'' 50140044, dated '.26 1 of Gadiya Gowraram Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgondrr District, shall be duly examined by the concerned revenlle authoriLie s law.
