Brief facts stated in this writ pctition are that petitioner claims to be owner of land admcasuring to an extcnt of Ac.0.32 guntas in Sy.No.273/3, Ac.2.22 guntas 1n Survey No.273/504, situated at Pusugudem Village, Mulaktapalli Mandal, Bhadradri Kothaguclcm Dishict. The petitioner's name was recorded in thc revenue recortls and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued and the petitioner is in peacelul possession of the subiect property. The case of the petitioner is that on04.07.2025, respondent Nos.4 to 6 hespassed the petifioncr's land and theft mangoes and had spoiled remaining ) crops.
