Learned Government plead r submits that the bills pertaining lo the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to th of funds, the amounts could not be released to the itioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be rele sed to the benehciaries
