The case of the petitioners is that the respondent No 5' for establishing and running a retail out-let in the name of M/s Laxrninaryana Filing Station, has taken the subject property on lease for a period of 20 years andthesamewasregisteredaide|easedeedbearingdocumentNo'8728of 2 t ,{ 2004 dated 1,6.08.2004. The petitioners uide ietters dated 13.08.2024 and

74.08.2024, stated that they are not interested in renewing the lease dated

16.08.2004 and requested respondent No.5 to vacate thc subject premises. However, respondent No.5 alleging it to be statutory tenant, refuscd to vacate thc subject premises. Thereafter, the petitionet' made number of representation dated 13.08.2024 to respondent No.2 seeking cancellation of various licenscs issued to respondent No.5 on the basis of lease deed, howcver, no action has been taken on the said representation. Aggrieved by thc same, this writ petition is filed. .1. Learncd counsel for the petitioners subtlits that the lease dated 1,6.08.2004, was for a period of 20 years and the samc was expired on 1,6.08.2024 and in view of the non renewal of the lease, the rcspondent No.5 ought to have vacated the subject premises and instead of doing thc same, respondent No.! is refusing to vacate tl-re subject premises and is in unlawful possession of the subject property

5. Learncd counsel for petitioners submits that in similar circumstances this Court in W.P.Nos.25779 and 18813 of 2024 clatcd 13.11.2024, l-ras passed the foliowing order " 23.1V. P.Nos.25779 and 18813 of 2024 are allowed and disposed of $' directing lhe respondents lo vacate the-subject prentises and hand orer possession of the subject premises to the pctitioners within 4 wceks from 18.1 1.2021.

6. Learncd counsel for the petitioners further prayed this Court to pass similar orde.r as passed in W.P,Nos.25779 and 18813 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 3 and pray this Court to direct the respondent No'5 to vacate the subject premises in a time bound Period'

7. Learned standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos 5 and 6 pray this Court to pass aPpropriate order.
