2. Petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.8.00 guntas in Sy.No.248 situated at Bandiraviryal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He is also owner of land in other surr'ey numbers of the same village. According to the petitioner, there is 30 feet existing road between Sy.Nos.246 and 247 of the said village. In proof of the same, he has filed map issued by the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology. Even then, respondent Nos.4 to 7 are not permitting the petitioner to go to his land by using the said 30 feet existing road, they are obstructing petitioner. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 19.02.2025 to respondent I \ 2 KL, J u.l)No 24638 of 2025 Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 with a request not to obstr'rcr him from going to his field in Sy.No.248 through Sy.No 268' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said r')presentation, respondent Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent |tros.2. 3, 5, 6 and 7, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

3. According to the petitioner, there is existing 30 feet road to reach the Agricultural Land in Sy.No.248 which passes through Sy.No.268 but he has not filed village map. He placed reliance only on the map prepared by respondent Nos'6 and 7

4. Even in the said map also there is only dotted line and it shows proposed 100 feet road. ln fact, there is rlo road at all. However, it is for the petitioner to submit a representation to respondent No.4 along with village map and the aforesaid map prepared by respondent Nos.6 and 7 and it is {br respondent No.4 to consider the same.

In the light of the said discussion, this S'rit Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the a J KL, J w.P.No.2463a of2O25 Competent Civil Court to work-out his easementary rights. If petitioner submits the said representation along with village map and the aforesaid map submitted by respondent Nos.6 and 7, respondent No.4 shall consider the same and dispose it of in accordance with the procedure laid down under law.
