Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners questioning the action of the respondents in not deteting the properties of the petitioners i.e. open plot bearing No' 18 part admeasuring 335 Sq. Yards in Sy'No'219' open plot bearing Plot No. 22 admeasuring 3OO Sq' Yards in Sy.No.219, open plot bearing No'17 admeasuring 335 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.219 and open plot bearing No'16 admeasuring 335 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.219 respectively situated at Sureddy Colony, Jalpally Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, presently Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the list of prohibited - \ w\'''-., \ 2 properties in spite of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28368 of 20t l dated Og.O4.2Ol2. In view of the requested this Court to consider the representation dated OZ.O4.2O2S for dc_notification of the subject properties of the petitionersr from prohibited properties list under Section 22_A of the Registration Act, 1908.

Learned Assistalt Government pieader for Stamps and Registration submits that the respondents wili consider the representation filed by the petitioners on 07.O4.2O25 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4 In view of the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case. the present writ petition IS disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation filed bv the petitioners on OT.O4.2025 for de_notification of the subject properties of the petitioners from prohibited properties list as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.28368 of 2Ot1 dated Og.O4.2Ol2 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law rvithin eight .l Y :,:3 (OB) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and cornmunicate the same to the petitioners' There shall be no order as to costs'
