2. Learned counsel for the peti ner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 3 1.05.2 24, tlll now, his retirement benehts were not yet released by the respondents. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court t pass necessary orders in the prcsent Writ Petition.

Learned Government Plead r submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefi of the pelitioner have already been processed, however, due to earth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the peti ner on time. However, it is submitted that amounts will be rele d to the benehciaries as per the seriatim of the token numbers
