The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner claims she is having on'e son and one daughter and that her son uiz., K.Varun Raj aged about 19 years died on 15.01.2025 by hanging to a Mango tree. Immt-'diately, petitioner approached Na.rayanpur Police Station and lodged a complaint and Police registered FIR No.11 /2025 under Section 194 of BNSS. It is 1 submitted that petitioner's scn is having a lovr: affair with one Akhila, 'uvho later got married to Yugendher. It is further submitted that even after the marriage of Akhila, she continued her affair with petitioner's son and that the said Yugendher got to know about the love affair betu,een petitioner's son and Akhila and on 26.09.2024, the said Yugendher manhandled petitioner's son and physically assaulted brutally. It is further submitted that on the date of incident i.e., on 15.01.2025, petitioner's sorl received continuous calls from the said Akhila and left the residence and thereafter did not return. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the FIR was registered on
15.01.2025, respondent No.4 has not initiated any action on the suspected accused till date arnd that respondent No.5 is openly threatening the petitioner to withdraw the case. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

The Circle Inspector of Police, Choutuppal Rural Circle, has placed a copy of instructions through learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and r,lrould submit that on the complaint lodged by petitioner, respondent No.4 rt:gistered a case in Cr.No.ll12025 and took up investigation. During enquiry, -' respondent Police''exam'ined witnesses and'also recorded detailed statements of deceased friends and after autopsy handed over the deceased body. It is further submitted that the petitioner raised suspicion against one Mr.Yugendher and respondent Police are in the process of retrieving the data from deceased and suspect's mobite phones. It is further submitted that Deputy Commissioner of Police, Yadadri Bhongir Zone, has issued memo dated 20.06.2025 appointing circle lnspector of Police, Choutuppal Rural as lnvestigating Officer and the investigation is under Progress.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.1l/2025 and file appropriate charge sheet lfinal report as expeditiously as possible by following due procedure as contemplated under law before the jurisdictional cou.rt.
