2. After hearing the matter for a considerable length of time, this Court was of the opinion that the matter can be resolved by mediation. Accordingly, the parties were called to the Court. Today, the petitioner and respondent Nos.6, 7,9, lO, 14 and 16 appcared before this Cour.t. RespondentNos.6, 7,9,, 10,14 and 16 stated that on first come first serve basis, builder has allotted parking lots to the flat purchasers. All the eight (8) flat purchasers have individuat parking lots allotted to them. The parking lots also indicate the flat numbers. They further stated that each one of them has one (l) car and they are utilizing the individual/ designated parking lots allotted to them. In the space available between the trvo (2) parking lots they are park ir g their two (2) ,/.P. 4. Learned counsel for thc petitioner has fumisl:cl photographs of the parking lot No.40l . which according to tlrr petitioner has additional parking space tbr owner of flat No.40 I .e., respondent No.7.

5. In response, respondent No.7 submittecl hat from the photographs it appears that parking lot is bigger ir iize. But, it is in corner area and only sufficient for parking ,) re car. Even otherwise, he was one of the f-rrst purchasers of tre flats ir-r the Apartment, and he was allofted parking lot No.40l on first come first serve basis.
