2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.'l , that during pendency of the present Criminal Revlsion Case, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 ol2025 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences. 2

Vide order dated 24.10.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report 4 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submifted a report, dated 29.10.2025 and the same is placed on record
5. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.348 of 2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum- Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal, are hereby quashed. 1. It is submitted that the petitioner herein filed the above Criminal Revision Case. No. 591 of 2025, challenging the Order in Crimina,l Appeal. No. 42 of 2024, dated: O7-07-2025 on the file Judge, Family Court Cum III Additional Sessions Judge at Nalgonda District in which confirmed the Order in CC. No. 34a/2O14, d.ated: 77-12-2024 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nakrekal.

I submit that 1"'respondent have lodged a cbmplaint against the Appellant herein/Accused, who is a known person to him and for non-payment of cheque amount of Rs. 3,5O,OOO/- and the saine was given by 1"' respondent at the rate of 24o/o per af^um and she executed a promissory note and iSsued cheque barring. No. 022826, Dated: 04-06-2024 but she did not repay the afiiount. I filed the complaint against the appellant herein seeking initiate action under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. After hearing the case, the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of 1"'Class, Nakrekal on 17-12-2O24 passed an order convicting the appellant with sentence to undergo simple imprisonment of three months and directed to pay cornpensation of Rs. 6,00,0OO/-. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant herein liled CRL.A. No. 42 of 2O24 on the file of the Judge Farnily Court Cum III Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda District and the Hon'ble District Court dismissed the Criminal Appeal on Q7-07-2025. Hence filed Criminal Revision Case. No. 59 1 of 20205, challenging the same, pending Criminal Revision Case, both the parties are compromised before the elders. It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner herein to compound the offence with the 1"' Respondent/Complainant herein by recording compromise and by allowing the Criminal Revision Case.
