It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court dated 10.07.20 15 in W.P.No.25293 of 2OI4 a_nd batch, as modifred by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. Il22 and. 1136 of 2016, dated
