Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services on or before 25.I 1. 1993 and computing the said service for the purpose of granting pay lxation, pension and pensionary benefits, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3 Heard Sri P.Amarender, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-lll for the respondents

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Daily Wage Worker on 24.01.19g2 at Government Social Welfare Boys Hostel, Kotpa-lly Village, Ranga Reddy District and his services were regularized as Cook uide G.O.Rt.No.345, dated O3.05.2O11. Subsequently, the petitioner retired from service on 3I.O3.2O25, in the capacity of Hostel Welfare Officer (Grade-ll), upon attaining the age of superannuation. It is further submitted that the Government uide 2 PK,J Wp 21'156 2025 l:I G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 laid down a policy for the regularization ol services of daily wage, N.M.IR., and part-time employees u'ho had rendered a minimum of 5 ytrars of continuous service ( 1O vcirrs it-r the case of part-time u'orkt:rs), subject to fulfillment of prcscribed conditions and that ih,- petitioner fultrlls the conditions stipulated in the said G'O' It is fulther submitted that in sinrilar circumstances, the erstwhikr -{igh Court of Judicature at t{yderabad, uide common order de terl 02.05.2018 in W.P.Nos.33936 of 2Ol1 and batch, 1,u" .1il6ctrrd the authorities concerned to extend the beneht of the judgment in B-Sriniuasulu & others v. The Nellore Municipal Corporation represeated bg its Commiss ioner, Nellore District, Andhrq Pradesh qnd Others (delivcred in Civil Appeal No. 6318 cf 2O15, dated
17.08.2015) to thc petitioners therein by reckoling their services from thc date ol completion of five years, on or be:ore 25.1 i. 1993 lor the purposes of their pension and pensionary binefits. As such, the petitioner made a representation to respordent No.1 on 25.06.2025 lor redressal of his grievance ald the s;ame is pending consideration. 5. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.1 will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.06.2025, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation, dated 25.06.2025, submitted by the petitioner, in the light of the common order dated O2.05.2O 1g in W.P.Nos.33936 of 2O1 1 & batch, and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
