3. It is contended by the petitioncr that she is thc legally wedded wife of the respondent No.6 and their malriage \\.as solemnized on 1O.O2.2O16 as per Christian religious rites ancl customs at S.V. Gardens, Gandhi Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Ranga Reddy Distnct. They were blessed with :r male child (the allege(l detenu) out of their wedlock.
