2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Radha Sandeepti Reddy, learned AssistE nt Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of respondents.

The facts in brief are that petitiont'r s claims to be absolute owner and pattadars of small extent ('l land in various survey numbers at Narsapuram Village r'l Damaracherla , Mandal, Nalgonda District. It is submitted that petitioners, Iand was acquired for the purpose of construction of new B.G.Railway Line at Damaracherla. While things stood thus, respondent No.4 issued land acquisition proceedings uid.e Proc.No.E/ 34 06 / 2O2O d,ated. 26. 1 t.2O2 | by fi xing compensation at Rs.3,98,106/- per acre. Being aggrieved by the award passed, petitioners have preferred LAOP before the LARR Authori fi uide LAOP.No.776 of 2023. The said authority, after enquiry, has disposed of the said LAOP by enhancing the compensation. Subsequenfly, petitioner made application under Section 73 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2Ol3 on 22.03.2025 to re-determine the market value. The same is still pending for consideration. Hence, the u,rit petition. Acquisition, . 4. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to dispose ol the petitioner,s represdrftddon dated 22.O3.2O2Sin a time bound period. o-
