2. Heard Ms.Divya Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr-R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents No.1 to 4. ( I

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as the police authorities failed to conduct proper investigation in Crime.No.235 of 2016 on the file of P.S., Ghatkesar, this petition has been filed. The c.ounsel further submits that in the counter of the respondent No.3, it has 2 been specified that the lnvestigation officer of Police Sl: tion, Ghatkesar has filed final report. Later, report was recalled for furt.r.r investigation. However, there is no instruction as to further develo rments. Hence, prayed for necessary directions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would ;ubmit that the original final report was filed, however, on reconsideratic 1 the report was withdrawn and the matter was foruvarded to the Centr rl Crime Station (CCS) police for further investigation.
